Thanks! I was pretty sure it was a Toyota, but my quick Google search to try to find out what it was was unsuccessful.

I have seen these before on my two trips to NZ, but despite how many random car facts my brain is happy to store it doesn't seem to stretch to remembering the name of every unusual JDM vehicle I've ever seen!
